WWTP 2019 CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation Project

The 2019 CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation Project involves numerous pipeline rehabilitation projects based on recommendations from the Spill Reduction Action Plan (SSRAP) and past capital improvement projects.

Based on assessments, these areas will be rehabilitated with CIPP-lining.  Work will be performed during the summer to avoid school traffic and night work will be performed in areas of known high traffic volume.   Contractor intends to start the CCTV and pre-cleaning work in late July.  CIPP lining work is expected to be completed by end of September 2019.

Project work includes the rehabilitation of 8”, 12”, a5”, and 18” diameter sewer pipelines by installation of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP)  liners including the reinstatement of sewer laterals, all pre and post construction cleaning  and televising of pipelines, temporary bypass pumping, traffic control and all other associated work.  7,597 LF of sewer pipe will be lined by CIPP.
Work is being performed during the summer to avoid school traffic and during at night work in areas of known high traffic volume.
