Contractors can apply for a permit online, but if this is your first time applying for a permit online, you will need to request a user account. To request an account please contact Dante Rovero, Engineering Technician, by email, with your State License Number and contact information including your address, phone number, and email address.
Please Note: All Encroachment Permits will require a site plan for submittal. Those documents will need to be attached to your application. Once your application is received it will be reviewed for compliance, this may take up to 7 working days.
Road Impact permits may also be required. These are required any time you are closing a road, lane, delaying traffic, etc.

Special Restoration Standards are in accordance with City Council Resolution 2023-42 (PDF). These standards will be in effect immediately for all roads paved within the last 5 years and will be in effect starting on September 15 for all streets with a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of 70 or above.
