Youth Advisory Committee

The City of Mill Valley Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is organized under the Mill Valley Police Department. The YAC's goal is to increase the level of civic engagement of youth, and to provide the YAC with an opportunity to work directly with the City Council and other city departments. The YAC is comprised of middle school and high school students who represent Mill Valley teens in local government. This group has the opportunity to advise adults on teen concerns and issues.
